"My love for yoga and meditation has given me a deeper body mind connection which has impacted all aspects of my daily life. It is a lifetime practice. Teaching yoga and meditation has been a lifetime dream and I have been teaching since 2013. After I completed teacher training, beautiful things have happened. As a teacher, my goal is to help clients feel welcome, safe, and foster growth for their wellbeing. Practicing this art has given me the feeling of community and a sense of belongingness."
